With 45 consecutive months of record U.S. sales and a goal of moving 200,000 units annually by 2018, Audi is experiencing unprecedented demand for its vehicles, and its popularity in New Hampshire has followed suit. To meet the rising need for high-quality Audi sales and service in the Granite State, Audi of Nashua has redesigned its dealership into a state-of-the-art facility that will be open to the public during a Grand Re-Opening Celebration on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Part of a $1 billion investment at Audi dealerships nationwide, Audi of Nashua’s renovated building follows the luxury auto brand’s new “terminal” architecture, which cuts costs by 30 to 40 percent compared to older dealerships by maximizing natural light, limiting waste and using space more efficiently. Despite just a minimal increase in overall footprint, Audi of Nashua’s showroom has grown in capacity from six vehicles to 10 vehicles, with more desks for Audi Brand Specialists on the floor and an additional sales workspace upstairs. The service center has also been revamped to include an all-new reconditioning bay and an enclosed drop-off drive-thru with high-speed doors and radiant heated tiled flooring.
“New customers who walk into our redesigned showroom will feel more at ease because of the simplified-yet-modern layout, and we’ll be able to quickly take care of buyers’ concerns thanks to the uncluttered workspace for our Audi Brand Specialists,” said Larry Bedell, general manager of Audi of Nashua. “Meanwhile, our existing customers will find a luxurious lounge where they can catch up with work or just relax as their vehicles are serviced in a new laboratory-like environment.”
Audi of Nashua’s waiting area now features a new lounge and cafe, as well as more seating and more work areas for customers. Attendees of the Grand Re-Opening Celebration will be welcome to visit all the new areas of the dealership, and complimentary hor d’oeuvres and beverages will be served throughout the evening.
