Houston-based Boxer Property announced it has just acquired its 3rd Houston office space property in Clear Lake, 1110 NASA Parkway.
The 59,331 square foot six story office building has a current occupancy of 61 percent and boasts numerous recent renovations. 1110 NASA is centrally located within the Bay Area submarket, with easy access to I-45 South via NASA Parkway. Keith Fisher and Patrick Blasdell of Stream Realty Partners, L.P. represented the Seller, C-III Capital Partners, LLC, and Boxer Property represented itself in the purchase.
The purchase of 1110 NASA Parkway has allowed Boxer to complete the three building portfolio of 1100, 1110 and 1120 NASA Parkway. “We felt it made sense to unite the trio of buildings again. Leasing has been very positive at both 1100 and 1120 NASA Parkway since we purchased them. This addition of 1110 gives us more inventory to keep up with the leasing momentum we currently have and it adds to the synergy of the complex.”, commented Andre Pereira, Boxer’s lead Acquisitions manager.
