Boxer Property’s Market Expands with Second Acquisition in Georgia

Houston-based Boxer Property announced today its acquisition of 3675 Crestwood Parkway, Duluth, GA 30096.

This acquisition marks the second property in Georgia to be purchased by Boxer Property this year. The five-story, Class A office building, features a fitness center with tenant lounge; executive conference center and recent renovation of common areas. This 100,000 square foot office building is located along I-85, between Steve Reynolds Blvd. and Pleasant Hill Rd. Boxer Property represented itself in the purchase, while the seller, CW Capital, was represented by Samir Idris of Cushman and Wakefield.
