The Center for Excellence in Leadership partnered with C3 Pathfinders in San Diego, CA, and published a best practices white paper outlining what Christian CEOs and marketplace leaders do to translate their faith into corporate success. Based on qualitative data obtained through participant interviews, the Center for Excellence in Leadership transcribed the recorded interviews, coded the data, and created the Leadership SUCCESS Framework.
Based on the acrostic SUCCESS, the following seven leadership success frameworks were developed:
