July 7, 2014, Louisville, Ky. – Early Times® Kentucky Whisky will entertain sailors from NSA Memphis as part of “Operation Weekend Pass”, July 12th on Poplar Tree Lake inside the Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park in Millington, TN.
Through the Operation Weekend Pass program, Early Times will host a group of 40 active duty military members from NSA Memphis for a fishing outing. Participants will receive rods and reels, tackle packs, t-shirts and caps as well as a cookout at the end of the day in appreciation for their service.
From June to December, Early Times will host several hundred service members from military installations across the United States for a total of seven fishing events. In addition to NSA Memphis, the remaining five events will take place for service members at the following military installations: Fort Knox, Maxwell Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, Eglin AFB and Fort Jackson.
