New Orleans, La, June 22, 2014–Fearless Poets from all over the world have joined together to take part in a book series and movement that is bringing some much needed attention to bullying, an issue that has been around since the beginning of time, but is steadily getting worse. Bullying used to be deemed as just an issue that goes on between kids, but the lasting effects are proven, time after time, to travel with the individual into adulthood. Not only are kids the sole targets of this epidemic, but adults are facing it as well. Schools are the known grounds for bullying, but it has spread into communities, workplaces, and even homes.
On June 3, 2014, Fearless Poets Against Bullying, the first book in the Fearless Poets series was released. Authors and Poets from countries around the globe, used their words to create awareness against bullying by sharing their stories and innermost feelings on the issue. The book became a best seller in the poetry category on Amazon, but while that was an amazing achievement, Ashley Love has something even greater in mind.

The book is a tool to help those who need it. Those who feel they have no voice or are silent by fear, will realize they are not the only ones who have been affected by bullying and will see that it can be overcome. Ashley Love will be hosting an open-mic night benefit, book signings, a Let It Go for Bullying Balloon Release, and will be in attendance at all of the Neighborhood Awards festivities going on in Atlanta. More information will be released via www.fearlesspoets.com in the upcoming weeks.
