General Udomdech Sitabut has delivered the Flag for Commander-in-Chief

Bangkok, Thailand – Cheif of Royal Thai Army Udomdech Sitabut has delivered the Flag for Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army to the new Chief of Royal Thai Army Theerachai Nakvanich at the Royal Thai Army Headquarters.

The Cheif of Royal Thai Army and the Assistant of Royal Thai Army Chief made a shrine worship ceremony and offered the tray with flowers to worship the Rama V King ‘s Monument.

General Udomdech Sitabuth and Genera Theerachai Nakvanich signed the document of the Royal Thai Army Chief ’s duty transfer. After that, they stood on the podium to receive the honor.

General Udomdech Sitabuth has served as the 38th Chief of Royal Thai Army for one year from October 1, 2015 – September 30, 2015. This year has 12 urgent policies to guide the operations of the Royal Thai Army’s company across the country. And This year has an important mission in support of maintaining order and security.

For the new Royal Thai Army Chief Theerachai Nakvanich, He is a former Commander of the 1st Army Area during the domestic political protest and the seizure of power situation, last 22 May 2014 and he previously served as commander of Peace and Order Maintaining Command.

General Udomdech Sitabuth said the taking of a position of Royal Thai Army Chief was the highest honor of life. He’s always proud to make it. And the new Royal Thai Army Chief is competent and qualified to hold his position. He has the strength and courage and wisdom in the line of duty. So he congratulates to General Theerachai Nakvanich that he has accepted this position because the duty of the army is the national security.?

General Theerachai Nakvanich said he rejoiced for the royal grace. He will demonstrate a commitment In performing the duties. I will demonstrate a commitment to performing the duties including the following of the policy and implementation of the project in the past. And he will be dedicated to serving for Royal Thai Army, Thailand and the Thai’s throne.
