Level Properties opened its flagship Dallas real estate office on McKinney Avenue in Dallas’ uptown area. This startup real estate brokerage firm is the brainchild of Junior Desinor who believes he has created a business model that adapts to the needs of today’s customer.
Desinor has spent the last 4 years working as a Dallas real estate broker and feels his new concept will innovate the entire industry. He points out that in the past, clients who sought homes for sale in Dallas relied on a single commissioned real estate agent to handle the entire (selling or buying) process which can be a heavy burden for one person (the agent). Additionally when an agent is motivated solely by sales commission the customer is left wondering if he received the best deal regardless if he was buying or selling.
Recognizing the industry’s shortcomings, Desinor created Level Properties with the customer in mind. First, he scrapped commission-based salaries for his agents. Next, he created a team-driven service model opposed to the single-agent method to create a customer service process that is far more efficient. The end result provides clients a more efficient customer experience and peace of mind.
“Everywhere you look, industries are adapting to meet the needs of today’s more savvy customers but for some reason the real estate industry didn’t follow. I want to change that with Level Properties,” said Desinor.
The 27-year-old entrepreneur has goals of creating a worldwide franchise with Level Properties. Therefore, Desinor has been meticulous in building his business; from the business model to the open, clean look and feel of the office atmosphere, he has carefully created a foundation for rapid growth.
