Ms. Favazza brings more than twenty years of relevant industry experience to her new role at Making Care Easier, having previously served in senior roles at Health Dialog, a leading provider of care management, healthcare analytics, and decision support.

She is a senior healthcare executive with a strong combination of customer relationship and growth capability and a proven track record of operational delivery in high growth, entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to Making Care Easier, Ms. Favazza served as Executive Vice President of Client Operations at Health Dialog, having previous run the business development and client services functions. In her tenure she helped to manage and lead tremendous growth through operational expansion, successful sales and launches of new products and services, and international expansion. In addition she served as part of the transition team following Health Dialog’s acquisition by Bupa, a global leader in healthcare. Prior to Health Dialog, she served as EVP of financial start-up Persumma. She received her MBA at Harvard Business School.
