Bay Area, CA. 2014- After years of working together, Jake Nochimow (EAR MONSTER), Zach Rubin-Rattet (Scissorman) and Nick Ashby (artist name – Tommy Rick) decided to form the music production and artist development company, MODERN FUTURE. Inspired by their passion for music, Jake, Zach and Nick decided they wanted to spend their time doing what they love. “Really, it’s how we’d be spending our time anyways even if we hadn’t founded this company,” Jake stated. “The fact that we made a go of it is something we’re continually grateful for.” The main goal for this driven trio is to keep this business alive, have fun and to continually work with and build with exciting new talent.
