Employee benefits specialist Edenred is offering a prize to lucky participants who take part in its new employee health and wellbeing survey, timed to coincide with the London Olympics.

As part of its ongoing efforts to find out more about how British companies promote wellbeing among their workforce, Edenred is conducting a short and simple survey on the topic. The poll includes questions on general health and wellbeing strategies as well as how they relate to broader attempts to improve employee rewards and employee engagement.

In order to be in with a chance of winning a high-energy workshop worth £395 – courtesy of the employee wellbeing experts at energiseYou – along with ten free back massages for your team, all you have to do is answer a few simple and straightforward questions. The survey can be found here and it shouldn’t take you any longer than a few minutes to complete.

“Businesses and other organisations across the country are increasingly coming to realise that a healthier and happier workforce is a more productive one, which is why employee wellbeing is so important,” said Andy Philpott, Sales & Marketing Director at Edenred. “We want to find out more about exactly how employers are promoting employee engagement and personal wellbeing, and we’re hopeful that the chance to win this prize will guarantee a healthy response to our survey.”

Topics covered in the survey include the importance of health and wellbeing to employers, individual objects of employee wellbeing initiatives and employers’ perception of the success of such schemes. Entries must be received before 5pm on August 10th in order to be eligible to enter the prize draw, with the winner being selected at random on August 31st.
